Big Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 51-year-old Raphael “Ralph” Solis, who was reported as missing.
Solis, who is described as being 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighing 200 pounds, with green eyes and brown hair, was last seen just after 1 a.m. today in the 1600 block of 28th Avenue in the Hawaiian Paradise Park Subdivision in Kea‘au. He left the area in an unknown direction of travel, possibly on foot, according to the Hawaii Police Department.
Anyone with information on Solis’s whereabouts should call the department’s nonemergency number at (808) 935-3311.
